Ingredients

– 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 3 eggs

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. – In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.

3. – Gradually add the sugar, mixing well after each addition.

4. – Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5. – Stir in the vanilla extract.
