Description

Indulge in the mouthwatering flavors of these Spicy Beef Dumpling Rolls – a comforting and satisfying dish that’s perfect for a cozy night in. Tender ground beef, seasoned with a blend of aromatic spices, is wrapped in delicate wonton wrappers and baked to golden-brown perfection.

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

– 1/2 tsp ground ginger

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 1 package wonton wrappers

– 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

1. – In a bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

2. – Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface and place a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center.

3. – Fold the wonton wrapper over the filling to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.

4. – Roll the triangle into a cylinder, pressing the seam to seal.

5. – Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

6. – Working in batches, add the dumpling rolls to the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

7. – Serve the Spicy Beef Dumpling Rolls warm, with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a teaspoon of sesame oil to the beef mixture. You can also experiment with different dipping sauces, such as a sweet chili sauce or a ginger-soy dipping sauce.
