Description

Ingredients

– 1 pound thinly sliced beef bulgogi

– 1 cup spicy kimchi, chopped

– 4 hoagie or sub rolls, split lengthwise

– 8 ounces provolone or mozzarella cheese, sliced

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

– Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced beef bulgogi and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.

3. Stir in the chopped kimchi and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Divide the bulgogi-kimchi mixture evenly among the 4 rolls.

5. Top each sandwich with sliced cheese.

6. Toast the sandwiches in a preheated oven or on a griddle until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy, about 5 minutes.

Notes
