– 16 oz button mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped

– 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

– 4 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 tsp dried thyme

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. – In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped mushroom stems, shredded chicken, spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
