Ingredients
– 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
– 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
– 8 ounces sliced ham
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet and roll it out into a 12×16-inch rectangle.
3. In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, sliced ham, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Spread the spinach-ham mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
5. Tightly roll up the pastry, starting from the long side, to create a log.
6. Slice the log into 8 equal pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake the Spinach Ham Breakfast Rolls for 18-22 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and flaky.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
