Description

Indulge in the divine combination of strawberry and cheesecake with these heavenly Strawberry Cheesecake Donuts. Bursting with fresh berry flavor and a creamy, tangy filling, these baked treats are the ultimate comfort food.

Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

– 3/4 cup granulated sugar

– 2 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup powdered sugar

– 1 cup diced fresh strawberries

Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. – In a large bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

4. – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

5. – In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

6. – Spoon the donut batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full. Gently press a small amount of the cheesecake mixture into the center of each donut.

7. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the donuts are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. – Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

9. – Garnish the donuts with the diced fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, ripe strawberries. You can also drizzle the donuts with a strawberry glaze or dust them with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
