Ingredients

– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

– 1 (12 oz) box Strawberry Pop Tarts, chopped

– 1/2 cup strawberry jam


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

2. – In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. – Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

4. – In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

5. – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

6. – Fold in the chopped Strawberry Pop Tarts and the strawberry jam.

7. – Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.

8. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

9. – Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
