Ingredients
– 12 Medjool dates, pitted
– 1/4 cup raw walnut halves
– 2 tbsp tahini
Instructions
1. Slice the dates lengthwise and carefully remove the pits.
2. Place a small spoonful of tahini inside each date.
3. Top the tahini-filled dates with a walnut half.
4. Arrange the stuffed dates on a serving platter or board.
5. Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can drizzle a bit of honey over the stuffed dates before serving. These can also be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
