Ingredients
– 6 cups cubed bread
– 1 cup diced celery
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
– 1 teaspoon dried sage
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
– 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
2. – In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, celery, onion, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. – In a separate bowl, whisk together the broth and eggs.
4. – Pour the broth mixture over the bread mixture and stir until well combined.
5. – Scoop the stuffing mixture into the prepared muffin cups, packing it down gently.
6. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
7. – Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
Notes
