This Sweet & Spicy Pickle Slaw is the perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and crunchy. Made with shredded cabbage, carrots, and pickles, it’s a vibrant and flavorful side dish that pairs beautifully with grilled meats, sandwiches, and more.
Ingredients
– 2 cups shredded green cabbage
– 1 cup shredded carrots
– 1 cup diced dill pickles
– 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
– 2 tablespoons white sugar
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, and diced pickles.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Refrigerate the Sweet & Spicy Pickle Slaw for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
This slaw can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. The longer it sits, the more the flavors will develop. You can also adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
