Ingredients

Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and scallions. Mix well until fully incorporated.
2. Thaw the frozen bao buns according to package instructions.
3. Divide the beef filling evenly among the bao buns, pressing it into the centers.
4. Steam the filled bao buns for 8-10 minutes, until the buns are soft and fluffy, and the beef is cooked through.

Notes
