Ingredients

– 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 pre-made graham cracker crust


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. – In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

3. – Gradually add the sugar, flour, and salt, beating until well combined.

4. – Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5. – Stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

6. – Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared graham cracker crust.

7. – Bake for 55-65 minutes, until the center is almost set.

8. – Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door closed for 1 hour.

9. – Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
