Ingredients
– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
3. – Add the flour and salt and mix until just combined. Fold in the toffee bits.
4. – Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
5. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
