Ingredients
– 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 pound thinly sliced turkey
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface into a 12×8-inch rectangle.
3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, turkey, parsley, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
4. Spread the cheese-turkey mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
5. Starting from the long side, tightly roll up the puff pastry jelly-roll style.
6. Cut the rolled pastry into 1-inch thick slices and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
