Description

Indulge in the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and creamy with these Turkey Cranberry Brie Sliders. Juicy turkey, tart cranberry sauce, and melty brie cheese come together in a delightful bite-sized appetizer that’s sure to impress.

Ingredients

– 1 pound ground turkey

– 1 cup fresh or canned cranberry sauce

– 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced

– 12 slider buns, split in half

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the seasonings are evenly distributed.

3. Divide the turkey mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties, slightly larger than the slider buns.

4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they’re lightly browned.

5. Arrange the slider buns, cut-side up, on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with the melted butter.

6. Place a turkey patty on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a slice of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.

7. Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.

8. Sprinkle the tops of the sliders with the dried thyme.

9. Serve the Turkey Cranberry Brie Sliders warm, and enjoy!

Notes

These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving. For a more indulgent twist, try adding a drizzle of balsamic glaze or a sprinkle of chopped pecans on top.
