Ingredients

– 16 ounces (454g) feta cheese, crumbled

– 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream

– 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey, plus more for drizzling

– 1/2 cup (75g) roasted, salted pistachios, chopped

– 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

1. In a food processor or high-powered blender, blend the feta cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.

2. Add the heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of honey, then blend again until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.

3. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and top with the chopped pistachios. Drizzle additional honey over the top.

4. Serve immediately with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.

Notes

– For a tangier flavor, add 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the feta mixture.
