– 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
– 1 box spice cake mix
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and spice cake mix until well blended and no dry pockets remain.
3. 3. Scoop the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
