Description

Ingredients

– 12 Oreo cookies

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 2 large eggs, beaten

– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– Vegetable oil or nonstick cooking spray

– Chocolate sauce and powdered sugar, for serving (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, panko breadcrumbs, sugar, vanilla, and salt to create a batter.

3. Gently dip each Oreo cookie into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.

4. Arrange the battered Oreos in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch each other.

5. Air fry the Oreos for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are golden brown and crispy.

6. Remove the air fried Oreos from the basket and let them cool for a minute.
