Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
