Ingredients
– 12 large jalapeños
– 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
– 1 cup fresh blueberries
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
3. In a bowl, mix brie, cream cheese, blueberries, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
5. Arrange stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
7. Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
For a milder flavor, choose smaller jalapeños or remove all seeds. These poppers can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
