Ingredients
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
– 1 large onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
