Description
Buffalo Biscuit Bombs are the ultimate game day treat, packed with spicy buffalo chicken and gooey cheese, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough. Perfect for sharing or enjoying solo!
Ingredients
– 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
– 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
– ½ cup buffalo sauce
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Optional: celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
5. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
6. Place the filled biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Serve warm with celery sticks and ranch dressing, if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add extra buffalo sauce to the filling. These can be made ahead and frozen before baking; just add a few extra minutes to the baking time.
