Ingredients
– 4 cups shredded green cabbage
– 1 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed
– 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and thawed edamame.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and edamame, and toss to coat evenly.
