Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
– 1 tsp dried basil
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
– Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a Crock Pot, combine the cubed chicken, diced onion, and minced garlic.
2. Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
4. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the heavy cream, 1 cup of parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Notes
