Ingredients
– 2 cups whole wheat flour
– 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
– 2 large eggs
– 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
– 1/4 cup water
– 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 6-inch round cake pan with a thin layer of coconut oil or nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour and baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then stir in the peanut butter, applesauce, water, and yogurt until well combined.
