Ingredients
– 1 15oz can pumpkin puree
– 3 eggs
– 1 cup vegetable oil
– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 3/4 cups white sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
2. – In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vegetable oil.
3. – In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
