Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 large onion, thinly sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– Salt and pepper to taste
– 6 soft hamburger buns, toasted
Instructions
1. – In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled, 5-7 minutes.
2. – Add the sliced onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onions are softened and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
3. – Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
4. – Season with salt and pepper to taste.
