Description

Tender, juicy beef bites cooked in a mouthwatering garlic butter sauce, served with crispy roasted potatoes for a complete and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

– 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

– 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

– 4 tbsp unsalted butter

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1 tsp paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss the potato halves with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

2. – In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of the butter over medium-high heat. Add the beef cubes and sear on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.

3. – Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tbsp of butter to the skillet. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.

4. – Return the seared beef cubes to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

5. – Remove from heat and stir in the dried thyme and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. – Serve the garlic butter beef bites immediately, garnished with chopped parsley, alongside the roasted potatoes.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality beef sirloin. You can also substitute baby Yukon Gold potatoes if preferred. The garlic butter sauce can be made ahead of time and reheated when ready to serve.
