Ingredients

2 ears of corn, husked

1 ripe avocado

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. Grill the corn for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
