Description

Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet and smoky flavors in this Grilled Honey-Chipotle Salmon recipe. Tender salmon fillets are marinated in a delectable honey-chipotle sauce, then grilled to perfection for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

– 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

– 1/4 cup honey

– 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped

– 2 garlic cloves, minced

– 1 tablespoon lime juice

– 1 teaspoon ground cumin

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a shallow baking dish, combine the honey, chipotle peppers, garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon fillets and turn to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

3. Serve the Grilled Honey-Chipotle Salmon immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, increase the amount of chipotle peppers. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated gently.
