Description

Ingredients

– 12 fresh oysters

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a grill-safe tray.

3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

4. Spoon the garlic butter mixture over each oyster.

5. Place the tray on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the oysters are bubbly and cooked through.
