Ingredients
1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 onion, cut into wedges
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup peanut sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, and pepper.
2. Add pork cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread marinated pork, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
5. Grill kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
6. Serve with peanut sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the pork marinate overnight. You can also substitute the pork with chicken or tofu for a different twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
