Ingredients

– 1 (8-10 lb) fully cooked, spiral-sliced ham

– 1 cup honey

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

– 1 tsp ground cinnamon

– 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

2. Remove the ham from the packaging and place it in a large, shallow roasting pan.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves until well combined.

4. Brush the glaze evenly over the entire surface of the ham, making sure to get it in between the slices.

5. Bake the ham for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). Baste the ham with the glaze every 15 minutes during the last hour of cooking.

6. Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a crispier glaze, broil the ham for 2-3 minutes after baking. You can also experiment with different spices or flavorings in the glaze, such as orange zest, mustard, or herbs.
