Description

This Hot Honey Cowboy Chopped Salad is a refreshing blend of crisp vegetables and a sweet, spicy dressing, making it a perfect meal for any occasion. Enjoy it as a light lunch or dinner!


Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 bell pepper, diced

1 avocado, diced

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup hot honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions
