Ingredients
– 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
– 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
