Description

Indulge in these savory and satisfying Keto Pepperoni Bites – the ultimate low-carb snack that’s perfect for parties, game days, or a quick on-the-go treat.


Ingredients

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 4 oz cream cheese, softened

– 2 large eggs

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 tsp Italian seasoning

– 1/4 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp onion powder

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/8 tsp black pepper

– 30 slices of pepperoni, finely chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and eggs until well combined.

3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

4. Fold in the chopped pepperoni.

5. Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and cooked through.

7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can sprinkle the bites with additional grated Parmesan cheese or chopped fresh parsley before serving. These bites can also be reheated in the oven for 5-7 minutes if needed.
