Description

These Lamb Sliders are a quick and delicious treat that brings gourmet flavors to your table. Perfect for parties or a cozy night in, they’re easy to make and sure to please!


Ingredients

– 1 pound ground lamb

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1 teaspoon cumin

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

– 4 slider buns

– Sliced cheese (optional)

– Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, and sauces of choice


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix ground lamb with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.

2. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.

3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until they reach desired doneness.

5. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.

6. Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and adding desired toppings.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
