Ingredients
– 1 pound flank steak
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1 cup chopped cucumber
– 1/2 cup diced red onion
– 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice it against the grain.
