Description

Indulge in the irresistible flavors of summer with this quick and easy No-Bake Berry Trifle Dessert. Layers of juicy berries, creamy custard, and crumbled cookies come together to create a refreshing and satisfying treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

– 2 cups mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

– 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 2 cups crumbled graham crackers or cookie crumbs

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture until well combined.

4. In a trifle dish or clear glass bowl, layer the berries, followed by the cream mixture, and then the crumbled cookies. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up, ending with the cookie crumbs.

5. Refrigerate the trifle for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.

Notes

For a variation, try using different types of berries or adding a layer of lemon curd or caramel sauce. This trifle can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
