Ingredients
– 1/2 cup Nutella
– 2 ripe bananas, sliced
– 6 sheets nori (seaweed sheets)
Instructions
1. Lay a nori sheet on a clean, flat surface.
2. Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of Nutella across the center of the nori sheet, leaving a 1-inch border on the sides.
3. Arrange a few slices of banana in a line across the center of the Nutella.
4. Carefully roll the nori sheet around the Nutella and banana, using your fingers to tuck and roll tightly.
5. Slice the sushi roll into 6-8 pieces using a sharp, wet knife.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 with the remaining nori sheets, Nutella, and banana slices.
Notes
– For an extra touch of sweetness, you can drizzle a bit of honey or maple syrup over the Nutella before rolling.
– Try sprinkling a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder on top of the banana slices for added flavor.
