Description

Indulge in the ultimate flavor fusion with this decadent PB & Bacon ‘Tallow’ Burger. The savory beef patty is topped with a rich peanut butter spread and crispy bacon, creating a unique and delightful taste experience.

Ingredients

– 1 pound ground beef

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

– 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy

– 4 brioche buns, toasted

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. In a mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

3. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.

4. Grill or cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

5. Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on the top bun of each burger.

6. Top the beef patties with the crispy bacon slices.

7. Assemble the burgers by placing the peanut butter-topped bun on the bacon-covered patty.

8. Serve the PB & Bacon ‘Tallow’ Burgers immediately, while hot and juicy.

Notes

For a richer, more indulgent flavor, you can use tallow (rendered beef fat) instead of regular cooking oil when grilling the patties. This adds a delicious, savory dimension to the burger.
