Ingredients
– 2 pounds frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup chopped pimentos, drained
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pimentos, sour cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
