Description

Ingredients

– 3 cups diced potatoes

– 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

– 1 cup ranch dressing

– 1/2 cup diced celery

– 1/4 cup diced red onion

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a large pot, boil diced potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.

2. In a large bowl, combine cooled potatoes, crumbled bacon, celery, red onion, and parsley.
