Description

Serrano Chile Cowboy Caviar is a vibrant, flavorful dip that combines fresh vegetables and zesty Serrano chiles, perfect for parties or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

– 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

– 1 can corn, drained

– 1 cup diced tomatoes

– 1 cup diced bell peppers (red and yellow)

– 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

– 2 Serrano chiles, finely chopped

– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

– Juice of 2 limes

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, Serrano chiles, and cilantro.

2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.

3. Gently toss everything together until well combined.

4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

5. Let the caviar sit for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

6. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
