– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Using your hands, form the mixture into small, bite-sized balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
3. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
4. Carefully add the meatballs to the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
5. Transfer the cooked meatballs to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
6. Serve the Spicy Mexican Donkey Balls warm, garnished with fresh lime wedges and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
Notes
For an extra creamy dipping sauce, combine sour cream, lime juice, and a pinch of chili powder. You can also experiment with different spice blends to customize the flavors to your liking.
