Ingredients
– 2 large sweet onions, sliced
– 1 cup dried figs, chopped
– 1/2 cup orange juice
– 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon ground coriander
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, sauté the sliced sweet onions over medium heat until caramelized and softened, about 10-15 minutes.
2. Add the chopped dried figs, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Stir to combine.
