Ingredients
– 8 ounces rice noodles
– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons lime juice
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
– 1 cup shredded cabbage
– 1 cup shredded carrots
– 2 green onions, sliced
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– 2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions
1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and chili garlic sauce until well combined.
