Ingredients
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 8 corn tortillas
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– 1 avocado, sliced
– 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
2. Drain excess fat, then add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Warm the corn tortillas in another skillet or microwave.
4. Assemble tacos by placing the beef mixture on each tortilla.
5. Top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, avocado slices, and fresh cilantro.
6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
