Description

These Thanksgiving Deviled Eggs are a classic and easy appetizer that will delight your holiday guests. The creamy, tangy filling is perfectly balanced with a touch of paprika and fresh chives.

Ingredients

– 12 hard-boiled eggs

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon white vinegar

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

– Paprika, for garnish

– Chopped fresh chives, for garnish

Instructions

1. – Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.

2. – In a medium bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the filling is smooth and creamy.

3. – Spoon or pipe the egg yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

4. – Sprinkle the deviled eggs with paprika and chopped fresh chives.

5. – Chill the deviled eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, high-quality eggs. You can also add a teaspoon of prepared horseradish or a dash of cayenne pepper to the filling for extra flavor. These deviled eggs can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
