Ingredients

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

– 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

2. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, drained diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve immediately with crusty bread, crackers, or vegetable dippers.
